It’s always a great idea to book some follow up appointments beyond your first assessment too if you think you will need them. In some cases waiting until the assessment may mean you can’t get another appointment for many weeks
Please note that we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and you will be charged for missed appointments.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in your therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. To protect their time, livelihood and other patients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than our required notice, will be charged for the full price of the appointment.
We appreciate you following this policy and showing respect for your health care provider and their time as well as that of other patients that might be desperate to get an appointment from the waitlist.
